Job Description:
A company is looking for a Chief of Finance & Operations to
shape financial and operational strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and oversee financial sustainability strategies, including
budgeting and forecasting
Lead operational strategy and risk management to ensure efficiency
and compliance
Manage the finance team and ensure accurate financial reporting and
compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
10+ years of relevant experience in finance and operations
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; CPA and/or CGMA
preferred
Experience in developing operational and financial systems in
dynamic environments
Proven ability to lead change and inspire teams towards shared
goals
Non-profit experience is required, with industry experience
preferred
