Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mortgage Customer Outreach Specialist
I to manage delinquent mortgage loans.
Key Responsibilities
Initiate contact with consumers in early stages of mortgage loan
default to collect past due payments
Assess consumer financial situations and arrange repayment plans as
necessary
Handle inbound calls regarding mortgage loan products and ensure
compliance with state-specific regulations
Required Qualifications
A combined 2 years' higher education and/or relevant work
experience
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally over the
phone
Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software
Collections experience is preferred
Knowledge of relevant systems is a plus
