Job Description:
A company is looking for an Outsourced Controller for Real
Estate Industry Clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a remote accounting team, overseeing work scope, job
budgets, and profitability
Provide advisory services to clients regarding financial statements
and maintain relationships with real estate investment clients
Mentor and train direct reports while advising clients on process
improvements and cash flow management
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
8+ years of full cycle accounting experience in the Real Estate
industry
Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new accounting
technologies
Professional certification (e.g. CPA, CMA) preferred but not
required
