Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Financial Planning &
Analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Support the CFO in financial strategy communication and provide
relevant information to stakeholders
Track performance against targets and produce regular financial
reporting for senior management
Lead the FP&A team and manage financial forecasting processes
and capital spending reviews
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related
field
7+ years of experience in FP&A, preferably in a leadership
role
Experience working at an executive or board level
Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, particularly in
Excel
Background in high-growth Private Equity backed organizations
