Apply today!About the rolePMO Finance ManagerPMO - Central Operations team is looking to hire a Finance Manager to become the Finance business partner for Reworld PMO team. The successful candidate will be responsible for forecasting, budgeting and optimization of cost, capital expenditures, utilization. This position reports operationally to PMO Sr Director and Central Ops VP Finance.The role has aspects of an individual contributor but will also interact with key members of the Operations, Accounting, FP&A, Sourcing, Productivity and Reworld regions. The successful candidate must be a self-starting leader who can work horizontally and can come up with process improvement and efficiencies.Position Responsibilities:--- Partner with PMO and Project Controls teams leader to track project cost and ensure compliance.--- Oversee and manage multiple finance operations projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.--- Track project progress, identify potential risks, and work with PM and Project Controls on mitigation strategies.--- Facilitate and report project financial status meetings with key stakeholders--- Track PM/ Engineering hrs and partner with project controls to ensure hours compliance.--- Develop trends and projections for Transportation and CFS, conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.--- Lead yearly budget process and long-term maintenance plan for CFS and Transportation.--- Drive process improvements by maximizing the use of data, ERP systems and the development and monitoring of key metrics applying lean methodology.--- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.--- Manage CFS billing and ensure cost is billed out on time to the regions.--- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.--- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including variance analysis and forecasting.--- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends.Education:B.S. - Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline plus MBAKey Requirements:--- B.S. - Accounting, Finance or MBA--- Minimum 7 years of experience--- Experience in the energy space, PMO and construction execution--- Peoplesoft, or similar ERP experience desired--- Hyperion or similar reporting tool experience is a plus--- Proven track record for driving process efficiencies and solving problems--- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal as well as interpersonal skills--- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills--- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrentlyOur DEI CommitmentReworld is an Equal Opportunity Employer, has developed an Affirmative Action Program (AAP), and will not discriminate against any qualified applicants because of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability (including perceived disability, physical, mental, and/or intellectual disabilities), veteran status, liability for service in the Armed Forces of the United States, or any other characteristic protected by law.
