Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Accounting / Assistant
Controller.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of the accounting department,
including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and
general ledger
Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes,
ensuring timely and accurate reporting
Lead change management initiatives to identify process improvement
opportunities and implement best practices
Required Qualifications
10+ years of progressive accounting experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance,
or related field; Master's degree in Accounting is a plus
Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant
designation
Proficiency in either Netsuite or Intacct
Knowledge of complex SaaS contract terms and revenue
recognition
