Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President of Finance.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all financial and accounting aspects, including budgeting,
forecasting, and reporting
Develop and implement financial strategies to support growth
objectives
Lead the finance team, ensuring accurate financial reporting and
managing the annual audit process
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 10-15 years of accounting/finance
experience
Experience in public accounting and industry preferred
Must have experience leading an audit and a strong GAAP
foundation
CPA preferred; experience with foreign exchange is a plus
Strong Excel skills required
