Office with Executive Committee Sponsorship. The Office is engaging
in all facets of our business to define and deliver on "the art of
the possible" for cash flow generation with tangible goals. The
initial areas of focus and enabling workstreams will include trade
and non-trade working capital, data transparency metrics, cash flow
forecasting and change management and education. Cash Conversion is
an essential tool for the New J&J to accelerate shareholder
value and will allow us to invest in a better future for our
patients, our customers and our shareholders. Overall impact for
J&J will be $5B in a 3-year time frame.This position will
support J&J's overall global cash forecasting process,
including information and analysis for senior leadership to help
inform cash available for strategic initiatives, capital structure
optimization, and other investment opportunities.Responsible
