As a Social Media Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in boosting engagement, supporting content creation, and helping with analytics.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Social Media Assistant to join Brad Mondo's team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for social media trends, content creation, and community engagement. You will be responsible for enhancing Brad's social presence, creating engaging content, analyzing social performance, and fostering a vibrant online community across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
Key Responsibilities:

• Engagement: Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a vibrant, supportive online community across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Content Creation: Assist with creating visually engaging content aligned with Brad's brand and style, including photos, videos, and short-form content for YouTube Shorts, Reels, and TikTok.
• Analytics Support: Track, analyze, and report on content performance metrics to help optimize engagement strategies and inform future content ideas.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date on social media trends, platform updates, and viral content, bringing new ideas that resonate with Brad's audience.
  Skills/Qualifications:
  • Highly creative with attention to detail.
  • Adaptable, with a passion for engaging and building community.
  • Strong understanding of internet culture and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience: Graduates to 2 years experience in social media management or a similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in photo and video editing preferred; experience with social media management tools.
  • Brand Familiarity: Strong understanding of Brad's personal brand, voice, and aesthetic.
  • Trends & Insights: Ability to identify trends quickly and creatively apply them in content to keep Brad's presence fresh and relevant.
