A company is looking for an Engineer II, Cloud Services.



Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the installation and connectivity of a customer-facing production IaaS Cloud platform for Backup and Disaster Recovery services
Manage and ensure optimal operation of DRaaS and BaaS software and execute disaster recovery and backup runbooks
Assist in establishing best practices for data center performance, asset management, and vendor collaboration


Required Qualifications

College diploma or university degree in computer science or equivalent work experience (3+ years)
Certifications such as VMware VCP6, Commvault Certified Professional, Zerto ZCP, or Veeam Certified Engineer are highly desired
3+ years of experience in design, deployment, and support of VMware vSphere, vCloud Director, and Microsoft Server Technologies
Experience with data management, backup, and replication methodologies, particularly Commvault, Veeam, and Zerto
Knowledge of orchestration and automation methodologies relevant to managed services providers
