A company is looking for a Staff Engineer, Mobile Android
Maps.
Key Responsibilities
Build and iterate on the new unified maps framework on Android
Guide and teach the team about usage and best practices in working
with the mapping layer
Directly partner with product and design to create best-in-class
mapping experiences
Required Qualifications
6+ years of Android development experience
2+ years of mobile map experience
Deep understanding of the map ecosystem and data layers that
interface with it
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
(Bonus) Experience with graphics programming or game
development
