Ensure high-quality customer service and compliance with regulatory
requirements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred or equivalent
experience
Typically a minimum of ten years of related work experience
At least three years of management experience preferred
Thorough knowledge of the insurance industry and claims
principles
Applicable certifications or professional designations
preferred
