team. The Opportunity and Role: Capital One's Community Finance
team originates debt and equity to support affordable housing
development. Community Finance provides debt financing, and invests
in low income housing credits through proprietary and multi equity
funds. The Capital Officer team is primarily responsible for
managing relationships with developers and other industry
stakeholders. Capital Officers market our products, understand the
competitive landscape and market needs, identify opportunities that
align with Capital One's overallstrategy, and elevate market
intelligence to key partners in External Affairs and across the
company. We are seeking a passionate, motivated, emotionally
intelligent Director to lead and inspire a team of associates
focused on sourcing strategy-aligned multi-family housing
development opportunities. Your team will enhance our understanding
of communities and Capital One's opportunities to promote

Responsibilities Include: Leadership and Innovation: Lead your team
in best-in- class management of relationships; develop and maintain
the company's relationships with existing clients and industry
stakeholders; gather market intelligence by forging deep
relationships; understand how Capital One shows up in our local
communities and how we can help move the needle on socioeconomic
mobility. Harness your team's market intelligence to bring insights
to broader External Affairs, shaping perspectives and informing
investment decisions; share intelligence with peers across the

Maintain overall responsibility for deal structure and economics;
originate and follow transactions through closing, working closely
with Credit, Underwriting, Loan Administration and other key
partners throughout Regularly evaluate and contribute to the
improvement of our processes; always look to drive simple, scalable
impact and durable results Maintain a strong working knowledge of
the bank, its customers, portfolio exposure, competitive
environment, economic trends and policies Partner with business and
Community Finance functions to foster an environment of open
dialogue around risk tolerance and credit appetite Partner
seamlessly with internal and external teams to develop and meet key
milestones throughout the deal lifecycle Coordinate with various CF
functional teams and other departments in the servicing of client
relationships Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or military
experience. At least 8 years of experience in client management,
business development, or financial services At least 3 years of
experience with community development lending or investments At
least 3 years of people leadership experience Preferred
Qualifications: MBA or Master's degree in Finance preferred 10+
years of affordable housing/community development/LIHTC experience
5+ years of people management experience 5+ of market analysis

minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are
listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information
is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these
locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay
at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be
prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly
worked. New York City (Hybrid On-Site): $202,400 - $231,000 for
Director, CF Capital OfficerCandidates hired to work in other
locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that
location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any
candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the
candidate's offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn
performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash
bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be
discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.Capital
