Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, HR Business Partner to lead
a team and provide strategic HR guidance across the Operations
Organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of HR Business Partners, ensuring alignment
with organizational objectives
Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leaders, delivering
strategic HR insights and solutions
Drive talent management strategies and collaborate on training
programs to enhance leadership capabilities
Qualifications:
10+ years of progressive HR experience, including a leadership role
managing HR professionals
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field; Master's degree or HR certification preferred
Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies with
organizational goals
Expertise in employment law, compliance, and best practices in HR
policies and programs
Experience in a global or matrixed organization is preferred
