Location: Remote (East Coast preferred).Are you a Senior Digital Marketing Leader looking to make an impact in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment? We're seeking a Director of Digital Strategy to spearhead localized digital marketing initiatives for a private equity-owned industrial services firm with a national footprint.This is a unique opportunity to lead strategy and execution across paid, organic, and social channels while driving measurable results at a localized level.Key Responsibilities

• Strategize and Execute Localized Marketing: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that cater to local markets, driving segmentation and targeted reach for maximum impact.
• Budget Management: Oversee a $2M marketing budget, ensuring ROI through data-driven decision-making.
• Performance Marketing Expertise: Optimize paid, organic, and social media campaigns to support customer acquisition and retention.
• CRM & Revenue Generation: Leverage CRM platforms and analytics to drive revenue growth across multiple channels.
• Individual Contributor Role: Work closely with the SVP of Sales to align digital marketing efforts with overarching business goals.Qualifications
  • Industrial Services Marketing Background: Demonstrated success in digital marketing within industrial services or similar industries targeting VSMBs and SMBs.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Proven experience managing campaigns across paid, organic, social, and localization strategies.
  • Strategic and Tactical Skills: Ability to create a comprehensive digital marketing strategy and execute it hands-on.
  • CRM & Analytics Proficiency: Deep understanding of CRM systems, segmentation, and performance measurement tools.
