Director of Salesforce Security Compliance

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Director of GTM Platform, Security, Compliance and Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the architecture, development, and optimization of the Salesforce platform
Establish and implement best practices for Salesforce configuration and deployment
Develop and implement security policies and ensure compliance with industry standards

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
12+ years managing Salesforce platforms, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and architecture
Experience in Salesforce security, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
Solid project management skills with experience in Agile methodologies
