Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Design Manager to lead the
design function within the EPD organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of 4+ Product Designers and lead team rituals and
cross-functional collaboration
Advocate for the end user experience in the development of new
features and prioritize improvements to existing workflows
Identify gaps in systems and processes that hinder Design Team
efficacy, and recommend improvements
Required Qualifications
Extensive experience as an individual contributor Product Designer
and leader of design teams
Experience working on B2B software in highly technical domains
Ability and willingness to lead new processes and activities by
example
