Job Description:

CPA firm seeking a Director / Partner - Transaction Advisory Services for its Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) group. This role requires a deep understanding of financial and operational aspects of transactions, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. You will guide clients through complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, valuations, and restructuring, ensuring the highest standards of service and strategic advice.

Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee transaction advisory engagements, including due diligence, valuations, financial modeling, and deal structuring.
Provide strategic advice on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other transactions.
Ensure comprehensive analysis and reporting, identifying risks and opportunities related to transactions.
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging best practices in transaction advisory services.

Qualifications:

CPA required.
12+ years of experience in transaction advisory, investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields.
Extensive experience in managing complex transactions and providing strategic advisory services.
Strong leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
