Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Workforce Management.
Key Responsibilities
Directs all activities and workforce management in call centers,
including monitoring and tracking call volume
Reviews forecasted volume and staff availability to optimize
scheduling and resource utilization
Oversees analysis of calling demands and adjusts staff resources to
meet client needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of
coursework and experience
10+ years of relevant work experience
Experience in management reporting and scheduling
Expertise in workforce management (WFM)
Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as
needed
