Our award-winning Claim organization has a current job
opportunity for an AVP, SIU Major Case Unit Manager reporting into
the Head of our Special Investigations Unit.Position Duties and
Responsibilities:The Chubb SIU Major Case Unit Manager will be
responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Major Case Unit (MCU)
- within the Chubb Special Investigations Unit (SIU). - This role
requires strong leadership, investigative skills, and extensive
knowledge of complex organized insurance fraud
investigations.Develop and implement strategic plans, vision, and
goals for the MCU in alignment with the SIU's overall
objectives.Identify, develop, coordinate, and direct complex
investigations of MCU insurance fraud cases, ensuring compliance
with legal and ethical standards.Manage a team of Investigators,
Analysts, and support staff within the SIU MCU.Analyze large
amounts of data involving different subjects to determine risk,
fraud patterns, and areas that require investigation.Provide
guidance and direction to MCU staff throughout the investigative
process.Review investigation status reports for accuracy, quality,
and adherence to established Best Practices and internal
policies.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such
as law enforcement agencies, legal departments, subject matter
experts, insurance industry organizations, to ensure effective
information sharing and cooperation.Stay updated on current trends,
technology, emerging techniques, and legislative changes within the
field of insurance fraud investigations.Identify areas of process
improvement and implement initiatives to streamline investigative
operations and enhance efficiency. Conduct regular performance
evaluations of team members and provide coaching, training, and
development opportunities as needed.Represent the SIU and MCU in
meetings, conferences, and industry events. -

Knowledge & Skills:Minimum of (10) years -of experience in
insurance fraud investigations, with demonstrated expertise
handling major and complex cases.Proven experience in managing and
leading high performing teams.Strong knowledge of insurance fraud
laws, regulations, and industry best practices.Extensive experience
working with fraud-based analytics, investigative software, and
industry tools.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and
decision-making skills.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple
tasks and cases simultaneously.Exceptional communication and
interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and
interact with stakeholders at all levels of the corporation.Ability
to travel occasionally, as required.The pay range for the role is
$143,300 to $243,600. The specific offer will depend on an
applicant's skills and other factors. This role may also be
eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive
