About the Role:
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Physical Therapists to join
our fast-growing team of Apos clinicians. In this role, you will
leverage groundbreaking science in gait manipulation to provide our
revolutionary Apos - treatment. You will assess patients, develop
personalized treatment plans, and monitor progress to ensure
optimal outcomes. Your clinical expertise will be essential in
helping patients alleviate pain, improve mobility, and enhance
their quality of life.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physical Therapist at
AposHealth in the New York City Metropolitan Area. You will be
responsible for providing in-person and remote physical therapy
evaluations to patients experiencing knee, back, or hip pain, and
custom-fitting the Apos FDA-cleared device to reduce pain and
improve function. In this role, you will work closely with
clinical, operations, sales and logistics teams to deliver Apos -
treatment to qualified patients.
Qualifications
Medicine, Physical Therapy, and Rehabilitation skills
Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of
New York
3-5 minimum years' experience as a Physical Therapist with at least
3 years of outpatient experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to develop customized treatment plans
Experience working with patients with musculoskeletal
conditions
Knowledge of gait analysis and its impact on movement
Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
Required skills and abilities.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and late
shifts.
- Willingness to travel out of state
- Proficiency in technology necessary for telemedicine (audio and
video setup)
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet
deadlines
- Demonstrate empathy and compassion when communicating with
patients.
