One of New York's top acute care facilities is seeking a
dedicated Cardiac Cath Lab Supervisor to join their team near
Bayport, NY! This full-time, day-shift role (Monday Friday, 11:00
AM 7:00 PM) offers an opportunity to lead and support their
talented nursing team while fostering excellence in patient care.
As the Cardiac Cath Lab Supervisor, you will work closely with the
Nurse Manager to provide clinical leadership, support staff
development, and implement evidence-based practices to improve
patient outcomes. Your responsibilities will include coordinating
care delivery, ensuring proper staffing, maintaining regulatory
standards, and serving as a mentor and role model for the team. The
ideal candidate for the Cardiac Cath Lab Supervisor will hold a
current NYS RN license, a BSN, and BLS certification, with nursing
leadership certification required upon eligibility. Strong
communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are
essential. Preferred qualifications include a master s degree in
nursing or a related field and at least two years of clinical
experience caring for the patient population served. Living near
