A company is looking for a Web Hosting Support Specialist with English proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Solve web technology problems using chat, email/tickets, and phone
Install, configure, maintain, and resolve errors in content management systems such as WordPress, Drupal, and Joomla
Explain the functionality of DNS and web design tools to customers

Required Qualifications

Experience in the web hosting industry
In-depth knowledge of cPanel and Plesk
Ability to troubleshoot website and email issues
Driven to excel with proven examples of success
