Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Counsel, Marketing, Brand &
IP.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal support and guidance to global Marketing, Branding,
and Product teams to ensure compliance with applicable laws and
regulations
Oversee and manage the company's IP portfolio, including
registration, enforcement, and litigation related to trademarks,
patents, and copyrights
Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for
various business teams on legal compliance and best practices
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active membership in good standing with at least one state bar
10 years of experience in corporate transactional law, particularly
in marketing/advertising and IP issues
In-house legal experience preferred, especially within the
financial services, fintech, or technology sector
Experience managing outside legal counsel and handling complex
legal issues efficiently
