Job Description:
A company is looking for a Legal Counsel to manage all aspects
of its legal framework.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage the legal function, including policies and
processes
Oversee corporate governance and ensure compliance with
regulations
Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements while establishing
a contract management system
Required Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in at
least one U.S. state bar
3+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in web3/AI
Experience with corporate governance, contract law, and regulatory
compliance
Familiarity with early-stage or high-growth companies
Strong expertise in risk management
