Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Legal, Commercial &
Product.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the entire contract lifecycle, including
initiation, drafting, negotiation, execution, and termination
Perform high-volume contract reviews to ensure accuracy,
completeness, and compliance with policies and legal
requirements
Manage vendor contracts, including negotiating terms, monitoring
performance, and resolving disputes
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited Law School
Bar Membership in good standing and licensed to practice Law
10+ years of experience in an in-house legal team, preferably in
the technology sector
8+ years of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various
commercial contracts
Proven track record of people management and success in mentoring
direct reports
