Job Description:
A company is looking for an Assistant General Counsel to
strengthen its internal Legal function.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, negotiate, and manage a variety of commercial contracts
Streamline and automate the contract negotiation process and manage
legal workflows
Support on legal matters including employment issues, investor
relations, and corporate transactions
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
J.D. with strong academic credentials
Minimum of 4 years' experience at a top law firm and in-house
practice, preferably in technology or SaaS
Demonstrated ability in drafting and negotiating commercial
contracts
Familiarity with privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA
Member in good standing of a State Bar, with permission to work
remotely as in-house counsel
