Job Description:
A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel, Labor and
Employment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal counsel on labor and employment issues, ensuring
compliance with relevant laws
Develop and implement policies and procedures to align with legal
standards
Conduct training sessions and internal investigations related to
employee matters
Required Qualifications
JD from an accredited law school and admission into a state bar
5+ years of experience handling employment and labor issues in law
firm and in-house environments
Strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment
laws
Prior experience in both law firm and in-house settings
preferred
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
