Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Client Delivery for
AR and Denial Management.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and manage
client communication
Create, deliver, and present client-facing reports and manage
client meeting schedules
Perform account level auditing and coordinate with stakeholders to
maintain client documents
Required Qualifications
2+ years of customer service experience or relevant experience
2+ years of experience in AR and Denial Management or Patient
Financial Services
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel
(intermediate level or above)
Experience in building reports and validating data
Proven experience in quality assurance
