Job Description:

Top global private equity company located in Hudson Yards is seeking to hire a Temporary Executive Assistant Floater to support multiple individuals as needed within a business or across multiple businesses. This position will start ASAP and will be a long term, open-ended temporary role Hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm with flexibility to come in earlier and stay later as needed. This is on-site 5 days/week.

Responsibilities:
Manage heavy calendars
Coordinate domestic and international travel
Answer phone lines
Oversee monthly expenses
Handle expenses for team members
Ad hoc projects and other admin tasks as requested



Qualifications:
At least five years of corporate support experience
Experience in finance or similar environment strongly preferred
Extremely detail oriented
Confident individual with the ability to get things done
Strong written and verbal communication


Hourly rate:
$40-45/hrDOE
Free lunch daily in office
