Job Description:
A company is looking for a Documentation Specialist (12-8pm
EST).
Key Responsibilities
Thoroughly review applications for errors and structures
Generate legally binding contracts for clients presenting
agreed-upon loan terms
Assist the funding department with ordering third-party inspections
and ensure timely client funding
Required Qualifications
Must be available to work from 12pm-8pm (EST)
Previous experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant preferred
Understanding of the finance industry
Ability to handle a time-sensitive queue
Possess a high level of integrity and ability to manage sensitive
information with discretion
