Job Description:
A company is looking for a Benefits Enrollment Specialist to
manage benefits enrollments and resolve related issues.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, insurance
carriers, and internal partners regarding benefits and
enrollments
Root cause complex issues and collaborate with R&D and
stakeholders to enhance processes and automation
Manage complex escalations and communicate with stakeholders
throughout assigned projects
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a customer-facing operational role with
insurance and benefits experience
Prior experience at a SaaS/start-up company preferred
