Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Specialist, Strategic Sourcing -
Data Center.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage supplier relationships and develop demand management
strategies for data center operations
Execute sourcing strategies and lead supplier selection processes
for key data center categories
Negotiate contracts, monitor supplier performance, and identify
cost-saving opportunities in data center operations
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business
Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or professional
certification is a plus
9+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or
supply chain management, specifically in the data center
industry
Strong negotiation and contract management skills relevant to the
data center sector
Proficient in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office
Suite, especially Excel for cost modeling
Knowledge of global supply chain trends and best practices in data
center operations
