Job Description:
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to
manage and drive essential recruiting activities.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate recruitment efforts and communication between candidates
and hiring teams
Utilize Applicant Tracking System to document and communicate
relevant recruiting information
Ensure a best-in-class interview experience for candidates and
hiring managers
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional office
environment
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR/Recruiting or a staffing
agency
Basic understanding of recruiting and HR concepts
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree
preferred
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office, particularly
Excel
