Job Description:
A company is looking for a Third Party Monitoring Services Team
Lead for the USAID/Afghanistan Monitoring, Evaluation,
Collaboration, and Learning Activity (MECLA), Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Support strategic planning and development of strategies for
activities within the mission
Analyze performance data and prepare reports to support mission
portfolio reviews
Oversee the development of specialized assessments and refine
mission processes
Required Qualifications
Minimum eight (8) years in designing quantitative and qualitative
data collection methodologies
Bachelor's degree in international development, statistics,
economics, or related field; Master's degree is a plus
Experience in designing and implementing monitoring and evaluation
plans for international development projects
Experience with USAID projects and designing performance indicator
reference sheets preferred
Familiarity with current USAID policies related to evaluation and
performance monitoring management preferred
