A company is looking for a Credit Balance Resolution
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Manage credit balances, undistributed payments, and requests for
refunds
Conduct timely and accurate reviews of payments and refund requests
in the patient accounting system
Facilitate prompt resolution of payments by communicating with
third-party payers and ensuring compliance with contractual and
regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
3 years of experience in healthcare customer service or insurance
collections
1 year of experience working with credit balances and
underpayments
Strong knowledge of computer billing systems
Proficiency with MS Office
Experience in customer support and issue resolution management
