Job Description:
A company is looking for a Data Scientist specializing in
Inference for Support Products.
Key Responsibilities
Execute on a Customer Support segmentation roadmap including data
exploration and model prototyping
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to refine segmentation
model requirements and quantify impact
Design and analyze experiments to measure the effectiveness of
feature launches
Required Qualifications
4+ years of relevant industry experience and a Master's degree or
PhD in relevant fields
Strong fluency in Python, SQL, and statistical programming such as
R
Familiarity with causal inference and experimentation
Proven ability to communicate effectively to diverse technical
audiences
Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and engagement with the
technical community
