Associate, Securities Settlements with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in New York, New York. Evaluate the settlement amounts of trades, prepare models that reflect expected payments in Microsoft Excel, and compare results of trade economics produced to ensure accuracy of risk bookings. Ensure trade economics are properly captured on legal documents necessary to execute trades. Requires: Master's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or in a related role OR Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include one (1) year of experience (with a Master's degree) OR three (3) years of experience (with a Bachelor's degree) with: trade booking reviews; validating trade information including asset class and region-specific trade information and streamlining essential reporting; SEC Regulations including SEC Reg SHO, Rule 204, Rile 203(b), SEC Rule 15c3-3; FINRA Rule 11810; National Securities Clearing Corporation (NSCC) systems including Continuous Net Settlement (CNS) system; Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation (DTCC) applications including SMART/Track, Obligation Warehouse, Participant Browser Services, and Settlement Web; and Advanced Microsoft Excel including working with macros, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and IF/AND formulas. Salary Range: Annual base salary for this New York, New York -based position is $98,178 - $103,600.
