Job Description:
A company is looking for a Revenue Credit Reviewer to ensure
proper reimbursement for claims identified as overpayments.
Key Responsibilities
Research and resolve overpayment claims, including communication
with insurance companies or customers
Identify discrepancies and work towards their resolution or
communicate with other personnel as needed
Monitor refunds to ensure proper retraction by payers and
investigate root causes if not retracted
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma and/or GED required; Associate's degree
preferred in a relevant field
Experience with insurance billing and/or collections required
Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office
Able to complete tasks within specified time frames
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and
manage time effectively
