Job Description:
A company is looking for an AP/AR Analyst to join their finance
team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer invoicing, monitor accounts receivable aging, and
reconcile AR accounts
Process vendor bills and payments, manage vendor relationships, and
conduct monthly AP reconciliations
Process payroll, handle payroll-related tasks, and assist in
month-end closing activities
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in accounts payable/receivable and payroll
roles, preferably in a SaaS or technology company
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Ramp
Strong understanding of AP/AR best practices and payroll
processing
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is
preferred
