Key Responsibilities
Define and accelerate the sales strategy and roadmap for Cakes &
Pastries
Construct a multi-year expansion plan, including market evaluation
and sales targets
Develop retail execution strategies and enhance partnerships with
internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in sales, planning, or retail
leadership
Strong understanding of end-to-end commercial processes and
customer ecosystems
University degree; Master's preferred
Deep retail and sales acumen
Exceptional collaboration and executive presence skills
