Job Description:

As a Commission-Only Sales Agent for BoxNCase.com, you will be responsible for generating new business and building strong relationships with potential clients in the specialty food and beverage industry. You will leverage your existing network and develop new leads to promote our extensive product catalog and secure sales.

Responsibilities:

Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and target potential clients, including restaurants, country clubs, caterers, hotels, and other bulk food buyers.
Develop and Maintain Relationships: Build strong rapport with clients, understand their needs, and provide exceptional customer service.
Present and Promote Products: Effectively communicate the value proposition of BoxNCase.com and our product offerings.
Close Sales and Achieve Targets: Proactively pursue sales opportunities and consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
Manage Sales Pipeline: Track and manage sales activities, leads, and opportunities using CRM or other provided tools.
Stay Informed: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and product offerings.
Provide Feedback: Communicate market insights and customer feedback to the BoxNCase.com team.
Work Independently: Manage your own schedule and sales activities effectively in a remote, commission-only environment.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of success in commission-based sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
Existing network of contacts within the restaurant, catering, or hospitality industry is a significant advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong self-motivation, discipline, and entrepreneurial spirit.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in using CRM software and online communication tools.
Strong understanding of the specialty food and beverage market.
Reliable internet access and a dedicated workspace.
