Job Description:
A company is looking for a Profee Audit Specialist responsible
for auditing and improving coding practices in healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
Conducts professional fee encounter reviews and ensures accurate
coding assignments
Provides coder education and prepares reports on audit findings
Develops and implements educational programs for clinical and
coding staff
Required Qualifications
5+ years of professional fee coding and/or auditing experience
Required CPC credentials
Preferred CPMA credentials
Preferred experience in academic medical centers or level I trauma
centers
