Corporate - US.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the collection and analysis of compensation data from various
sources
Utilize advanced tools to conduct in-depth analysis of compensation
trends and pay equity
Partner with senior leadership to design and implement compensation
programs
Required Qualifications and Education
4+ years of experience in compensation analysis or related
field
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration,
Finance, or related field
Relevant certification (e.g., CCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
Experience with compensation survey platforms and HRIS systems like
Workday is highly desirable
