A company is looking for a Manager, Prospective Student
Advising.
Key Responsibilities
Manage application portfolios and lead conversion processes to
achieve enrollment goals
Provide ongoing support and guidance to prospective students
throughout the admissions process
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance enrollment strategies
and student experience
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in customer service, education, or
teaching
Proficient with technology and quick to learn new systems
Experience with data management or CRM systems
Understanding of enrollment processes or student services in higher
education
Commitment to promoting inclusivity in student recruitment and
advising practices
