Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Ops Director to manage
office services, client support, and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide supervision, training, and performance evaluations for
staff
Coordinate team activities, establish schedules, and mentor
staff
Assist in executing operational strategies and manage client
services support activities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience,
or a combination of experience and education
Experience in compliance, reporting and analytics, or sourcing and
procurement
Experience leading Shared Services
Leadership skills for managing targets across multiple
departments
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
