A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel to join their
legal team.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements
Maintain and improve the contracts repository and related
processes
Provide legal guidance on issues in financial services, fintech,
and payments
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3+ years of legal experience, focusing on contracts
Background in fintech, payments, or financial services is a strong
plus
Exceptional contract drafting and negotiation skills
Familiarity with CLM software and process improvement
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and
deadlines
