Job Description:
A company is looking for an Escrow Officer to manage escrow
transactions and coordinate with various industry contacts.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with realtors, loan officers, and other parties to
facilitate closing procedures
Review and ensure compliance with title commitments, lender
instructions, and purchase agreements
Disburse escrow funds accurately and prepare necessary closing
documents
Required Qualifications
7+ years of escrow experience
Must be licensed as an Escrow Officer
Knowledge of title insurance and real property law is a plus
Familiarity with SoftPro Select is advantageous
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
